Terms of Service

By obtaining any design from me, you are agreeing to the following terms and service:

USD currency only.
Keep transaction information private
Do not use my designs for any artificial intelligence content,
generative artificial intelligence art, etc.
Do not use my designs for any NFT (Non-fungible token) content,
bitcoin related content, crypto/cryptocurrency related content,
OpenSea related content, blockchain related content, etc.
Do not make any profit off my designs.
No refunds once the transaction has occurred and the
transfer is complete.
Do not resell the design, you may trade it.
Trading designs to blacklisted users will give a warning
and blacklist you.
Always credit me for the design (link my Toyhouse and
mention my account name).
Do not use my design for any hateful or bigoted content.
You may do whatever you wish with the design (excluding what
was listed), such as redesign, make alternative universes, etc.
You may make personal products of the design for yourself or
friends (stickers, shirts, etc.) but not for profit.
